Note: TV, Refrigerator and Washing Machine can be rent by the price of 50 RMB/set/month.

2. Other fees

Physical Examination: 429 RMB
Medical Insurance: 600 RMB/year
Residence Permit: 400 RMB/year
Living Expense: 7,200 RMB/year (for reference)
