SICAS University Scholarship

Based on the mutual educational exchange agreements with the corresponding governments, organizations, and universities, SICAS has established SICAS University Scholarship to help Chinese universities to enroll excellent students and to encourage foreign students to study in China.

This scholarship will be awarded to foreign students who are studying or conducting research at appointed universities.

The SICAS University Scholarship is awarded to cover or subsidize the tuition fee. So the actual amount will be either equal to the tuition fee (if the tuition fee is less than 1000) or 1000 (if the tuition fee is more than 1000) This scholarship will be paid directly to the universities the applicants are attending and the remainder of the tuition fee must be paid by the student.

2. Eligibility
Applicants must first be accepted by one of our appointed universities in the 2011 fall semester of SICAS University Scholarship. Browse the list of Appointed Universities to apply for a college or a university to study in China.

Education Background and Age Limits: 
For undergraduate programs, applicants must be under 25 and have obtained a senior high school diploma. 
For master's degree programs, applicants must be under 35 and have obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
For Doctoral degree Programs, Applicants must be under the age of 40 and have obtained a Master’s degree.
For general scholar programs must be under the age of 45 and have completed at least two years of undergraduate study. All subjects except the Chinese Language are open for application.

For senior scholar programs Applicants must be under the age of 50 and have obtained degrees no lower than a master's degree, or hold academic titles no lower than associate professor.

Applicants must observe Chinese laws & regulations, and be respectful to Chinese culture.
