3 Steps to Apply to a Chinese University

1. Non-Chinese citizens, in good health;
2. Abide by Chinese laws and regulations, respect Chinese customs and habits. Observe Chang’anUniversity discipline and school regulations;
3. Education and age requirements of the applicants:
(1) Those pursuing undergraduate majors must have a high school diploma and be under 25 years old;
(2) Those pursuing a master's degree must have a bachelor's degree and be under 35 years old;
(3) Those pursuing a doctorate must have a master's degree and be under the age of 40.
4. Non-other scholarship recipients.

1. A clearly scanned copy of the personal information page on the valid passport in color
2. A clearly scanned copy of the Bachelor's degree certificates
3. A scanned copy of the academic transcript for the Bachelor degree during the entire study period
4. CV 
5. Study plan and personal statement
6. Proof of Chinese or English proficiency (HSK; IELTS, TOEFL, Duolinguo, SAT, GRE and other proofs of English proficiency)
7. Physical Examination Certificate issued within the last 6 months
8. Non-criminal record certificate issued within last 5 months 
9. Two ‘Recommendation Letters’ from Professors or Associate Professors
10. Bank Deposit Statement 
11. Notarized copies of other awards or academic achievements (if any).
