Training objectives: Relying on the first-class construction discipline of transportation engineering of Chang'an University and the two major national revitalization planning industries of "logistics" and "automobile", the logistics engineering major is based on road transportation and automobile industry, cultivates and establishes socialist core values, has a high sense of social responsibility and mission, good scientific and cultural literacy and international vision, systematically masters the relevant professional theories and methods of logistics disciplines, has a strong innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness and certain innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, and has logistics system planning and design. Logistics system operation optimization, logistics technology and equipment development and application, logistics carrier intelligent optimization organization and scheduling, logistics and supply chain scheme design capabilities, can solve the scientific theory and engineering practice problems of logistics engineering in the economic and social system.

Employment: The average employment rate of logistics engineering majors in the past 3 years is 99.5%, and the average rate of further study in the past 3 years is 30.4%. Graduates are mainly engaged in scientific research, management and technical work in the fields of modern logistics and road transportation, manufacturing, trade circulation, engineering construction, logistics system planning and design, intelligent organization and scheduling of logistics carriers, logistics and supply chain scheme design, and further study in domestic 211/985 universities and overseas universities.
