• The undergraduate programme ofComputer Science and Technologywas established in 1985. In 2019, the programme was selected as the national first-class undergraduate programme construction site.

II.Educational Objectives

• The objective ofComputer Science and Technologyis to cultivate professionals with a solid foundation and a wide range of knowledge, good physical and mental conditions and intelligence quality, to fulfill the development of computer science and technology, and possess research and innovation abilities and desire for international competition. Students are requested to be proficient in the field of Computer Science and Computer Engineering. Moreover, proficiency in engineering practice and the development of hardware and software are also obligations. Students are requested to apply fundamental knowledge of computer science and engineering in creative manners to solve practical industrial challenges, together with sufficient cross-cultural knowledge and eligible international communication skills. The graduates of computer science and technology are versatile in dealing with various professional experiences and have the capability of lifelong learning.

III. Eligibility Check:

• •1. International students who hold foreign passports;

• •2. Completed high school with a high school diploma or higher academic qualifications;

• •3. No criminal records and in good physical and mental health;

• •4. Aged 16 or above, for applicants who are under 18 need to provide a a letter of guarantee from a legally recognized adult guardian residing in China.

IV. Language Requirements:

• •1. Proof of English - IELTS ≥6.0/ TOEFL ≥80 or other equivalent is needed for English-taught programmes.

• •2. Applicants who have no language scores need to take additional language courses.

Bachelor’s in Business Administration at Wuhan University of Technology (WHUT)

Aims to foster professional middle and advanced business administration talents with the expertise and ability of management, economics, law, corporate strategic planning, image design, production operation, logistics planning and supply chain management. The graduated students should be familiar with the characteristic of enterprise and market economy in China, competent to engage in planning and the operation and management work of enterprises, institutions and government departments, and able to independently engage in teaching and research activities. Besides, these talents are required to have innovation ability, practical ability, competitiveness, good communication, and strong affinity in order to adapt to the development of the market economy.
