Established in 1921,Hebei University is located in Baoding, a historical and cultural city in China and only about one and a half's drive away from Beijing. HBU is under the administration of Ministry of Education (MOE) and Ministry of Finance in China. Besides the regular Management, Economics and Medical Science, HBU is also excellent in teaching Chinese as a second language. Hebei University (HEBU), a key comprehensive university in Hebei Province, is the only major construction project with the joint force of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance of China and Hebei Provincial government. College of International Exchange and Education of HEBU is in charge of the enrollment, education and management of international students. 3 Steps to Apply to a Chinese University

1.Applicants should be in good physical and mental health.
2.Applicants should hold high school diploma or a form showing high school equivalency.
3.Applicants should apply for the major which is related to your previous:
    If applicants have completed the same major for the first year in other university or overseas, and their Chinese level has reached HSK level 4,they could take the second year course;
    If applicants have completed the same major for the second year in other university or overseas, and their Chinese level has reached HSK level 5, they could take the third year course.

2.  Passport-sized photo
A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

3.  Master's degree diploma
Graduation certificate should be in Chinese or English.If not, it should be translated into Chinese or English and be notarized.
