Qingdao Hotel Management College/Qingdao Hismile College is a government owned college approved by Shandong People's Municipality. The college is located in the world famous Mountain Lao scenery area. The College occupies an area of 800 hectares with a total classroom and office space of 200,000 square meters. The history of the college can be traced back to 1945 and thousands of graduates from the college have contributed in business & trade, culinary art, IT and arts industry.
It also maintains ISO9000 International standards. Currently it attracts around 10000 students, coming from over 25 provinces all over China. There are 8 departments in the College: Tourism & Hospitality Management Department, Business Management Department, Information Technology Department, Arts Department, Culinary Arts Department, Foundation Courses Department and Adult Training Department. We offer over thirty courses such as hospitality management, tourism, cuisine, arts and finance.

The international affairs office efficiently cooperates with institutions in England, Australia, France, New Zealand & Switzerland. These foreign universities and colleges frequently visit our college to interact with our educational board. The college also offers courses in Chinese language, Chinese Cuisine and hospitality management which are designed for foreign students coming from all around the world. The college offers a very good setup of professional teachers who have worked in their field for a long time and comfortable accommodation; it is an excellent living situation and education environment that will positively affect a student's overall life and study experience abroad.
Transportation
It takes only 20 minutes to travel from Qingdao airport to our college by taxi. Public transportation is also available to cover the distance from downtown to our school. Buses number 112, 113, 303, 365 have stops located near our college.
Security Environment
Our campus is respectively located in the education districts. There are many other educational institutions located in the area such as Ocean University of China, Technological University of Qingdao, International Trade College of Shandong and Estar College. Besides this, the area is considered a desirable target for investment by foreign enterprises. All in all, the municipality spends a lot of energy to keep this area safe and peaceful.

There is a gymnasium on the campus, where you can play basketball, table tennis and so on. There are also several football play grounds.
Transportation
There are several buses near the college like 112,113,365 which can take you to department stores, banks, places of interests and sceneries.
